1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BeyonDonor ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. The Platform

BeyonDonor is a donation marketplace that connects donors with verified NGOs and charitable campaigns. BeyonDonor acts as a facilitating platform; donations are made directly to campaigns managed by registered organisations.

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary. Donors are guests — no account is required.
• Donations are used to procure and deliver the specific items listed on the campaign.
• Donations are subject to availability of the campaign and payment processing.
• Donation receipts are issued for completed payments.

4. Campaign Listing

NGOs do not self-publish campaigns. All campaigns are reviewed and approved by BeyonDonor administrators before going live. BeyonDonor reserves the right to remove any campaign at its sole discretion.

5. Proof of Donation

BeyonDonor commits to publishing photographic and/or documentary proof of every campaign milestone. This is subject to timely delivery by our NGO partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

BeyonDonor is not responsible for the actions of individual NGO partners beyond its due diligence and vetting process. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from campaigns.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
