Donations made on BeyonDonor are generally non-refundable, as funds are typically disbursed to campaigns within a short window. However, we understand that mistakes happen and are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Duplicate payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same donation due to a technical error.
- Payment failure with deduction: If your account was debited but the donation was not recorded on our platform.
- Campaign cancellation: If BeyonDonor cancels a campaign before funds are disbursed, a full refund will be processed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via our Contact page with:
- Your donation reference number (BD-XXXX-XXXX)
- Your registered phone number
- Reason for refund request
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Cashfree Payments processing timelines may additionally apply.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Donations where funds have already been disbursed to the NGO partner
- Change of mind after a successful donation
- Tax receipt/80G deduction-related cancellations
